.. is not so easy. I have been traveling for 4 weeks in USA, then this weekend I was at a wedding back in Germany. This weekend I will be trying out for the German national mixed frisbee team at the BUM (I rate my chances of making it pretty low - injured finger, never found a top level team I wanted to play in, which means that all the top level players do not know me that well .. and unfortunately I am also simply not that uber-good .. but hey I can try).

The following weekend I was also planning on going to play frisbee at the HUT in Halle, but since I will be in Norway the following weekend and the Netherlands the weekend after that, I guess I should really skip Halle. So I will try to go out and buy a bed, mattress, table and a cupboard or two and hopefully get it delivered that I can move on starting June (I already have my ultra cool Hag chair sitting at my current home - my uncles basement). Its really time I move in. After all I have been paying rent for the place since May 1st! I am sharing a very nice apartment right at the Zurich lake across from the field we often meet on the weekends to play some pickup frisbee. Most importantly this way I can ride my beloved folding bike (this is a review of the model I am riding) again on the rare occasions that I will be working in Zurich.

Ah, in case you are wondering why I seem to be traveling to all countries in Europe that start with an "N": In Norway I will of course be attending PHP Vikinger. Hopefully we will find some time to talk about JSR-170 in the PHP world and visualization of Sebastian's workflow eZ component. In the Netherlands I will be speaking on all things PDO (you know that thing who's API I have been cursing, while still acknowledging that its an important piece for the PHP ecosystem to make it somewhat easier to move from MySQL to SQLite to PostgreSQL) at the Dutch PHP conference.

Forget the Håg. The Hermann Miller Aeron is the business!
